Courtney Robertson LLB BA

Director

Courtney is the founding director of Lake Taupō Law and an experienced relationship property, trust and asset planning lawyer.

Admitted in 2009, she has extensive experience across:

  • Relationship property

  • Family law

  • Trusts and estates

  • Elder law

  • Asset planning

Courtney specialises in helping clients at both ends of the relationship spectrum, those navigating separation and those entering new relationships who want to protect their assets.

She is particularly skilled at guiding clients through difficult conversations, helping them make confident, informed decisions.

Courtney also:

  • Advises on all aspects of asset planning

  • Assists with PPPR applications (Property Manager and Welfare Guardian)

  • Acts as Court Appointed Lawyer for the Subject Person

Courtney is known for her warm, empathetic approach and her ability to make challenging situations feel more manageable.

Criminal Law Specialist

Mark Robertson LLB

Mark specialises in criminal law and brings over 20 years of experience as a Senior Prosecutor.

He graduated in 2017 with an LLB from the University of Waikato and has a deep understanding of the justice system. Mark is dedicated to helping clients from all walks of life navigate it with confidence.

Mark is a strong advocate for his clients, focused on:
